I didn't know what to expect coming in as a new patient to this practice but was surprised to be seen so quickly. The front desk & checkout staffs were very nice. The waiting and exam rooms were clean and the overall environment was quite pleasant. The tech support staff and Dr. Kuhl were very thorough throughout the exam and biopsy process. The procedures were explained and all questions about what the next steps would be were answered. My wife and I are very happy with the treatment we've received at and would highly recommend Carolina Dermatology.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Kelly was incredibly thorough and attentive, taking the time to ensure everything was addressed. Her assistant and the front desk staff were equally kind and professional, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality care.

Dr. Shuler is always on time. He is very professional, thorough, friendly, & kind. I follow with him every 6 months for skin cancer screening. Rarely do I need any type of work-in visit; however, I’ve had 2 work-in visits over the past month and the office staff has been very accommodating. Thanks Carolina Dermatology-Eastside Office!

The staff is great and Dr Rizzo is a great dr. I worked in Healthcare for 35 years as a Medical Assistant and worked in a few offices. I highly recommend Dr Rizzo. He is thorough, has a great "bedside manner" and listens to your concerns, which is a win for me in a doctor!

Had an appt with K.Kelly 4/13@1:30. She was doc #8 over 3 yrs of extreme suffering. They all made it worse. I was losing hope and my mind because I couldn’t function and they were all guessing and getting it wrong. She was the 1st to listen to me and give me hope. Finally..the correct diagnosis and treatment plan. In a matter of days I’ve had drastic improvement. It’s amazing how fast I’m healing now that I found a doc that know what they’re doing. Life changing! Best “bedside manner” ever!! So kind and compassionate. She had me in tears of joy in our visit. I can’t thank her enough or recommend her enough!!! She really knows what she doing and actually cares. Can’t wait to see her again and no one likes going to the doc lol. Thanks sooo much Dr. Kelly for giving me my life back ❣️
