From the start, Ryan came to do an estimate. I saw how professional he was, measuring and checking the electrical requirements to this AC install. Gave a good point on a bigger unit than what I have currently. The thing that made me go with Berkey’s, is that the estimate quote was the honest price he gave from the start. I had 3 other companies that came, but was all higher in price. Plus the main was the Brand Lennox. The other companies gave me other lower end brand with a higher price quote. So when Ryan gave me this quote, it’s already lower than the competitors and with the Lennox brand! That sealed the deal.. This is the only company that you should call for all your AC needs. I got the New AC install the NEXT day! They are true with there slogan, “Where there when you need us” it was Hot and didn’t want my tenant to suffer.. They came in the morning, done at 1pm.. I’m a professional installer myself, so I give this company 5 Stars all the way!
Mathew came to service my heaters and AC for last two times. I went to my attack yesterday and saw something which blow my mind away! I had a roof change last year and saw AC pan full of nails, pieces of roof shingles and woods. I broom them and cleaned it. How during two visits it was not cleaned or reminding me to clean? But, Mathew wanted me to buy drainage liquids to clean the pipe from him. Never send him back again! Thank you! Picture is after I cleaned one full pan out of the pan.
We recently had Berkeys out for a water heater repair, and I wanted to share what a great experience we had. Our technician, Alejandro Sanchez, was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the repair was done correctly. The office staff was also wonderful to work with—very friendly, great communication, and they sent a follow-up text with the appointment information and details about the technician who would be arriving, which I really appreciated. Our water heater was still under warranty, and Berkeys handled everything exactly as they should have, and the repair ended up costing us $0. It was a very smooth and easy process. We use Berkeys for Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC, and they truly are a one-stop shop. Highly recommend!
My water heater installation was about as stress free as I could ask for! My technicians (Daniyel and Jacob) were courteous, professional and personable. Every step of the process was explained to me and the guys did not leave until they know that my new water heater was running smoothly. Great experience and the price was very reasonable for the upgrade water heater I purchased. I will contact Berkeys again when I need service done right!
Nicholas Bailey was great. Very professional, respectful of my home, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was not only able to swiftly diagnose and solve the issue, but also excellent when it came to explaining the issues and future preventive measures i could take in the future. Came out in Father's day and I really hope he enjoyed the rest of his day
