Michael came to my new house and said I was getting a better deal with them. They actually are charging me an extra service. An extra $55 more than paragon. I should not have switched from paragon pest control to Alta. Now I have to stay with them for 18 months. I would advise every home owner to put up a “no soliciting” sign so salesmen do not come to your door. Michael told me that every pest control comes back for a “follow up” on a new house. This is not true with paragon. I have attached both contracts in the photos. Paragon looks like they cover more pest. I am paying an extra $55 a year and I can’t cancel. Paragon does not have contracts. I guess I will be switching back to paragon in 18 months. Update. Paragon has called me the next day. There was a mix up with the quarterly treatment schedule. The 2 week follow up is supposed to be a free treatment. They have credited my account for the mistake. The technician that came to treat my house on 6/18/2026 slammed my gate so hard he twisted the latch and now my gate will not shut!!! I had no idea and let my dog out. Then my neighbor was ringing my doorbell (while I was washing my daughter’s hair) to tell me my dog was running around the neighborhood. That’s when I found out about my gate being broken. Right next to the broken gate is a GIANT spider on a web. I thought they were supposed to take webs down. I have also included a photo of another giant spider web. I called immediately after I found out and got the email to send the photos and videos to and was told I would be contacted the same day or the next day. It has been 4 days and I am about to reach out to them. The technician took photos of the gate BEFORE the damage. I have never had so much trouble with a pest control company.

I had a great experience with Alta Pest Control! Juan did an amazing job—he was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. I also want to give a shoutout to Preston, the field manager. He was incredibly kind and patient, even after I initially told him no. There was never any pressure, just honest communication and excellent customer service. I’m really glad I chose Alta Pest Control and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about its customers. Thank you, Juan and Preston!

They recently knocked on my door and today they came out for a full service. We had 23 wasp nests that have been terrorizing our beautiful home and backyard. They were quick, transparent and even showed me proof of all services rendered. The best part is the price point is incredibly affordable I almost feel bad 😂 10/10 service I hope Jose continues coming and being our tech. Also, for those of you out there who already have them—tip them. They deserve every bit of it!!

Julian Pena was great. Ran into him before I was leaving. He was very efficient and even was willing to stop before he started servicing another home nearby to let me know he put traps under the welcome mat. He took pictures of the property to show the closed everything when finished.
