I stopped here while on vacation. This is some of the best Greek food I've ever had. As a larger man, the portions were also generous. The guys behind the counter were also very friendly. Ask for some of their homemade chili sauce if your dish doesn't come with it!

If you’re in the Grainger Market, Acropolis is a must-visit. I ordered the chicken gyros and it was packed with flavor—juicy chicken, fresh salad, and those delicious oregano fries tucked right inside the wrap. It’s authentic, filling, and great value for money. There’s usually a queue, but it moves fast and is worth every second of the wait! The staff were super friendly and Eve was very helpful!!

Really tasty food. Had the freaky fries and the kofta wrap, all came very quickly and was well received. Asked about coffee, they offered instant, but also suggested North Shore across the way which was a brilliant call. Much appreciated.

Shoutout to the guy at the counter for being so friendly! The food came out super fast and tasted amazing. This is definitely the best branch I’ve been to so far

This is a true gem of a place. I first tried their food at an outdoor event where they had one of their tents set up and from that day have been hooked Everything they sell is so delicious and cooked to perfection. So many different choices on the menu you will want to work your way through it. The Gyros or Halloumi wraps are a particular favourite of mine but the Special Fries are worth a trip here alone. Staff are so pleasant and friendly and the atmosphere here is great. So many places in Grainger Market to get good food but this has to be top of the list for me.
