I simply cannot say enough great things about Richard & his trade. I would not even consider going elsewhere for any electronic repair. Our family have used him when he first opened and after I moved back here 25 years later he is still at it. I recently bought in a ps5 Pro which he diagnosed as motherboard issue (fried components), had a new South bridge chip in a day, and by the end of the second day I had a working unit. The guy is simply amazing. From the front desk to repairs your not only getting the best hands in the business but a very personable and educated tech. Simply put, Why go elsewhere? BRAVO A+ Computers & Phone! BRAVO RICHARD!
Stopped in one day to inquire about joystick repairs to a Nintendo Switch (this was before I learned said part can only be sourced through Nintendo). I had no choice but to visit in person since no one would answer the phone. The gentleman behind the counter became irate when asked about the turn around time for such a job. I didn't know this entire shop is only a two-person endeavor...but instead of explaining that, he berated me for assuming it could be done same day. Sorry for trying to support small businesses, I guess. Would not recommend.
The people are amazing, they did a great job on repairing my ps5 and within 2 days i recommend this store for any electronics repair
Richard’s professionalism and expertise shine through in his work. My laptop was fixed sooner than requested and he even deep cleaned the inside for no extra cost. His prices are the best around and I’ll certainly be visiting him again for any future computers needs.
The man is a miracle worker! ...resurrected two venerable workbench PCs pronounced DOA at other shops. Office Depot techs told me one of the machines (containing close to a terabyte of unsaved schematics and mechanical drawings) would be "impossible" to repair. In fact, APlus has performed four repair/upgrades, including a screen replacement, for less than a fourth of the cost of a new machine. Don't waste time and money going anywhere else.
