Great gym, loved my time there . Only left because I moved. Plenty of parking , gym is in good shape . Occasionally equipment would break but was always fixed quickly . I can’t speak for anything beyond the gym basics , but I’d rejoin if I moved back . Gym is 24/7 but not staffed on Saturday. So when you go for the first time , Sat maybe an issue .
I used to go to this gym. Excellent equipment, friendly staff and the ability to destress in the sauna after a hard work out are just a few reasons I keep coming back. And for only $10/month what more could you want?
So I was out of town for a little while but I had to get my fitness on so I stopped in here by the recommendation of my girlfriend who has a membership I was pleasantly surprised until I saw that people don't know how to put weights back into place. I think that's one of the main things that pisses me off about a gym where people don't e respect and place the weights back into the racks where they belong. I don't know if this is a regular way this gym is kept however on the day I was there this is what I noticed. So I picked up the weights maybe about three different weights and place them back. As far as the equipment the equipment seem to be in pretty good condition however and some of the machines that require a pin in order to change the weight depends were missing . There was no one at the desk to assist so of course I had to take a pin from one machine and put it in the other and when I was finished I placed it back. The gym seem to be kept neatly which is always a good thing but some people just don't wipe down the machines after they use them I noticed this very frequently happening. No one wants to sit down behind someone else's sweat it's a matter of etiquette I like that they had a kid zone. I would say this is a nicely sized gym capable of holding a good number of people. This is not a bodybuilding gym due to the amount of weight they held in the dumbbell and barbell section but it's suffice for my need that day. I really wish I had a chance to meet the staff members but there was no one present. I would have been able to converse with them about the certain things that I needed at that time. If you want to get your workout on I would say go ahead check out this gym. The bathroom is a big deal for me I like my bathrooms nice and clean and they did hit the marker on this one. When I'm in South Carolina this part I will visit again. I would say it's more of a four-star gym but this room for improvement and there is room for improvement mainly deals with people putting the weights back and cleaning up behind themselves.
Honestly a decent gym as far as equipment goes, but the cancellation process is the worst I have ever seen. Would NOT recommend if you plan on cancelling your membership at any time.
I have never been in a worse gym till now. The place smells gross, environment is not it and the extra fees. I’m in military and told them to cancel my membership. When I got back from deployment. They sent a debt collector to me. This places sucks so bad. Seeing a law suit soon
